Our client, a leading finance firm in San Francisco, is seeking an outgoing and motivated Receptionist. Salary Range:
$50,000-$55,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate staff.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the firm’s services.
- Manage the firm’s front desk area, keeping it organized and tidy as you welcome guests and employees.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting rooms as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support the HR team with scheduling and coordinating I9 verifications and new employee onboarding when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or finance-related environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
